About the project:

Our client, a global player in the energy sector is looking to develop a Digital hub for professionals with operational ownership and hands-on responsibility in a global €19B Group, has opened his HQ in Romania in a central location for an hybrid work setting. Currently we are looking to hire a great <Cybersecurity Architect> that will make the difference in the role.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Assess cybersecurity of existing and new product architectures across Digital and OT.
• Advise business units on concrete security improvements and track remediation.
• Define and maintain cyber architecture guidelines and security policies.
• Design and standardize security solutions used across Equans service offerings.
• Support bids, designs, and project acceptance when local cyber expertise is missing.
• Contribute to technology, regulatory, and vulnerability watch (NIS2, CRA).

Requirements for the role:

• Experience as a Security architect or OT Security consultant.
• Strong background securing systems and architectures (IT, digital, or OT).
• Security frameworks knowledge (IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27005) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, GSEC or vendor security certifications.
• Ability to act as an internal consultant in complex, decentralized organizations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and fluent level of English.
