Our client is a global leader in the energetic sector that it setting up an European technological center located in the heart of Bucharest, we are looking for a dedicated IT Service Manager.
About the role:
- Own and manage the portfolio of Engineering applications (Autodesk or equivalent).
- Act as the main interface between business units, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Explain, recommend, and rationalize engineering tools — what to use, why and when.
- Cluster tools by use case, maturity, and value; reduce duplication and noise.
- Identify new tools and services BU s may not know yet and assess their relevance.
- Drive governance, usage transparency and service catalog clarity for engineering platforms.
Role requirements:
- Strong stakeholder-facing experience (explaining technical tools to non-technical users).
- Background working with engineering, construction or design software or complex enterprise applications.
- Ability to evaluate, compare and recommend tools based on business value.
- Experience working with vendors, licenses, usage and cost models or IT service governance.
- Good level of English and strong communication skills.
