About the project:

Our client, a global player in the energy sector is looking to develop a Digital hub for professionals with operational ownership and hands-on responsibility in a global €19B Group, has opened his HQ in Romania in a central location for an hybrid work setting. Currently we are looking to hire a great <Active Directory Administrator> that will make the difference in the role.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise Active Directory environment.
• Own the design, administration, and stability of the enterprise Active Directory environment.
• Manage domain controllers, forests, trusts, sites, replication, and DNS.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Integrate on-prem Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Resolve AD incidents, outages, and security-related issues end to end.
• Automate AD operations and maintenance using PowerShell.

Requirements for the role:

• 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory engineering and administration.
• Experience with large, multi-domain enterprise AD environments.
• Strong GPO design and troubleshooting expertise.
• Solid PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and professional level English.
