Job Web Content Coordinator @ Extremoo

As we are a fast-growing company with successful ongoing projects and many others in the pipeline, we find ourselves in need of a new and highly motived colleague to join our Editing team. The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for making sure all of Extremoo websites and third-party online systems are running smoothly and that all content and products are setup correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publishing of content, metadata, image and related asset files for the platforms
• Ensure websites functionality and test software updates
• Ensure all website content is kept up to date, including static pages and landing pages
• Ensure full compliance on the websites with all laws and regulations
• Ensuring website content and architecture meets SEO best practice guidelines
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
• Audit the website on a daily basis to ensure all content is optimized for web, error-free and relevant for the target customer segment
• Analyze and monitor key content pages, reporting regularly on performance and providing feedback to the rest of the team

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of operating multi-user database systems (CRM, ERP systems) or online platforms represents an advantage
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• You must be helpful, flexible and hands-on with an eye for detail and tenacity for problem solving
