Job Junior Social Media Manager @ Kindora nou

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Junior Social Media Manager to support our social media efforts and enhance our brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in social media management and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Assist in managing and creating content for Kindora’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and others as needed.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas to stay relevant and engaging.
• Actively post on behalf of the Kindora brand in various niche Facebook groups, particularly in the areas of nutrition, diet, and related interests.
• Respond to comments and questions in these groups to foster positive relationships and position Kindora as a trusted resource.
• Identify trends, discussions, and feedback in these groups to inform future content strategies.

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, research, and build relationships with potential influencers that align with Kindora’s brand.
• Assist in executing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, communications, or PR.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and tools like Canva, CapCut, Planable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for social media trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
