Responsibilities:
- Use marketing skills and technologies to develop and implement a web or interactive strategy to reach online customers and prospects or internal audiences.
- Drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives revenues and leads while increasing customer loyalty and building stronger customer or employee relationships.
- Manage editorial strategies and content of online properties (websites, portals), as well as applying new technologies such as chat marketing, personalization, search engine marketing and optimization, pod casting and blogging.
- Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
- Follows established guidelines and interpret policies.
Expectations:
- Provide CX Audit to new accounts across GTMs (retail, commercial, distribution) and evaluate customer journey through detailed assessment of key UX components (Navigation, PLP, Search engine, PDP, check-out, etc).
- Create summary with recommendations to be shared with partner.
- Support Eastern Europe Hub as Junior DBD for Smaller accounts there under the Supervision of Digital Business development manager
- Run basic SEO assessment for smaller accounts to provide recommendations on potential improvements both on and off-site (Usage to 3rd party tools to provide feedback)
- Provide support to EMEA Management team on other tasks such as feedback collection, report preparation, meeting organization, travel arrangements, expense management, requests to the team, other operational tasks, etc.
Nice to have:
BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science
Experience with web technology, programming languages, applications and techniques
