We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Survey Fielding and Panel Relations Specialist to join our growing EU team. In this role, you will support the setup and deployment of healthcare surveys, ensuring smooth fielding processes while providing exceptional support to panelists. You will be the key contact for panelist inquiries regarding incentives, participation, and technical issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey Fielding and Setup:
• Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of healthcare surveys, ensuring accurate configurations and timely launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to review survey logic, quotas, and technical requirements for optimal survey performance.
• Monitor survey fielding progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time support to ensure smooth operations.
• Panel Relations and Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for panelists, addressing inquiries about survey participation, incentives, and technical issues.
• Resolve panelist complaints in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Communicate updates regarding survey timelines, incentive processing, or other relevant information to panelists.
• Incentive Management:
• Manage the incentive distribution process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any discrepancies related to incentives.
• Quality Assurance and Reporting:
• Compile and analyze reports on panelist feedback, and common issues to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations and/or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong customer service and human relations skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Multi-lingual skills are a plus (i. e. German, Spanish, French, Italian)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, administration, social sciences or a related field.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or survey panels is an advantage
