Your responsibilities:
- Ongoing phone and email support for company clients regarding photovoltaic system servicing
- Customer support and technical consulting at the 1st level support
- Analysis and monitoring of current and new service requests
- Ensuring a professional image of the company among clients, partners, and employees
- Direct cooperation with inverter manufacturers
Our requirements:
- Basic knowledge or interest in technical aspects related to electricity, electronics, and renewable energy installations is preferred
- Fluency in Romanian and preferably Hungarian, with at least basic, communicative English proficiency
- Experience in customer service
- Responsibility, independence in action, and openness to new solutions
- Good communication skills, professionalism, and assertiveness
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
