Job QA Tester - Games @ QA Strike

We are QA Strike, a Romanian video game testing studio, providing best-in-class Quality Assurance support to major players in the mobile video game market.

As we continue our growth, we are now looking for an ambitious Games QA Tester to join our team.

Please note that this is a remote position, accepting applicants from across Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Testing and verifying video games for functionality, bugs, usability, and overall player experience.
• Identify and report bugs and glitches to the development team including root cause analysis.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to improve overall game quality.
• Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of game testing principles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in the use of basic testing tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience on Mobile Platforms (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of TestRail.
• Experience in Agile Development.
