Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, and/ or content strategies.
- Expertise in visual content creation using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva, as well as proficiency with generative AI tools for content ideation and production.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, with a proven ability to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using performance data to shape strategy and improve results.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and platforms. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Content Innovation
- Lead the development and execution of company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall targets for each film in release into cinemas;
- Champion creativity and innovation in content development and implementation, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and generative AI to deliver engaging visuals and copy tailored for each platform Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Partner with the team and content providers to curate content that resonates with key audiences and reflects emerging trends.
- Continuously explore new social media opportunities, platforms, and tactics to grow audiences, increase engagement, and amplify message for each film in release;
Integrated Campaigns and Real-Time Engagement
- Design, implement the spend for integrated social media campaigns to support key messages and events for films launches in cinema in Romania.
- Monitor social platforms for real-time opportunities to engage with audiences, drive conversations, and enhance films awareness and want to see;
- Work in close collaboration with the team to align paid activations and organic channels and thought leadership posts, ensuring alignment with content and audience strategies per each film in release.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and platforms.
- Translate data into actionable insights, refining strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
Community Management
- Strengthen online community by fostering meaningful engagement and interaction across platforms. Manage Vertical social media accounts and each film account to ensure effective publishing, monitoring, and reporting
