We’re seeking a SaaS Marketing Specialist to help our clients maximize the value of their OptiMonk subscription.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects and sees them through to completion
- A creative and critical thinker who can generate innovative optimization ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
- Fluency in Romanian, Hungarian, and English (both written and spoken). Our main customer base is international, and we aim to strengthen our presence in the Romanian market
It’s a plus if you have:
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with CRO tools and platforms such as VWO, Convert. com, Omniconvert, etc.
Your Impact
- Implement CRO-focused ecommerce campaigns using OptiMonk to enhance website performance and increase conversion rates for our clients
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels
- Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools
- Generate reports and present findings to clients on the impact of our optimization efforts
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement optimization strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve conversion rates
