We are looking for a Communication Specialist who will drive strategic and hands-on communication initiatives that shape how our brand is experienced. This role is key in supporting employer branding, engaging internal communities, and creating meaningful content across digital channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication initiatives across internal and external audiences
- Create and manage digital content that supports brand visibility and engagement
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding campaigns
- Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
- Support community engagement through relevant and impactful communication activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional and creative teams to deliver high-quality content
- Participate in the planning and communication of key events and campaigns
- Monitor and adapt content strategies based on performance and audience insights
Required profile:
- English: C1 level (written and spoken);
- 1–3 years of experience in communication, employer branding or community engagement;
- A profile with a strong sense of community management – someone who knows how to activate people, build engagement, and turn internal groups into active brand advocates;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple initiatives;
- Strong interpersonal skills – sociable, proactive and able to engage others;
- Hands-on with content creation and familiar with basic visual editing tools;
- Experience in retail, BPO, HR, or project coordination is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
