Marketing Associate (m/f/d) – Part-time or Full-time
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicating complex AI-related topics in an accessible and engaging way
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Creating and managing content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters
- Planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Managing and growing social media channels
- Performance analysis and measurement of marketing activities
- Collaborating with external partners (agencies, freelancers, media)
- Supporting the organization of events and trade fairs
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships and PR work
Your Profile:
- Ability to translate AI-related innovations into compelling marketing content
- Degree or training in marketing, communication, media, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or small business
- Creativity and a good sense of trends and target audiences
- Experience with common marketing tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, )
- Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Initiative, hands-on mentality, and ability to work independently
- Structured approach and excellent organizational skills
