By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the trendiest places in each city and delivering their products in less than 60 minutes. As a Content Specialist, you will be key in the Glovo Partner Operations team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.

YOU HAVE:

• Basic copy-editor and copywriter knowledge;
• Organizing skills and multitasking;
• Increased attention to detail and a high level of Romanian language;
• Basic skills and knowledge of Office Suite;
• English level - medium at least;
• Ability to work as part of a team and a “can do” attitude;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fast and accurate documentation of new products;
• New partners’ content implementation into the platform (pictures, descriptions, categories, prices ︀etc);
• Keeping product information in the platform up-to-date;
• Quality checks on content guidelines related to names, characteristics, and filters;
• Managing device ordering and inventory for existing and new partners;
• Ensure quality support and training for the partners over the phone;

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Fixed period contract - 12 months, with automatic renewal if results are good;
• Working hours: Monday- Friday 09: 00-18: 00 / Weekends (variable and only when / if necessary);
