You'll play an important role as you will be helping your team make the most of their every day experience. We are looking for a positive, motivated, team-working and responsible person.
What You Will Have to Do
- Manage the reception area, visitors, partners, candidates for interviews etc.
- Take care of the office correspondence
- Answer and redirect phone calls/e-mails
- Facilitate day-to-day operations such as distributing office access cards for the new comers, distributing employees correspondence and other packages
- Help in organizing team events
- Manage office supplies (stationery etc.)
- Edit documents, search and input data in our CRM
- Protocol activities
- Supplies and food orders
- Full time schedule
What You Must Know
- Associate degree required (BA preferred)
- Use technology very well (PC, printer, scanner, internet, mobile devices, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English
- Comfort with fast-paced environment
- High level of motivation for making customers happy
- Problem solving and learning abilities
