What You’ll Be Doing:
Help keep things running smoothly by managing and organizing weekly action plan documents for the Marketing team.
Draft and develop internal documents that support our daily operations.
Be the go-to person for general admin support within the Marketing department.
Keep our internal database up to date and well-organized.
Send out documents via mail or email as needed.
Write up correspondence to help support the team’s daily activities.
Take notes and prepare meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with participants to keep everyone aligned.
Maintain and track advertising contracts and related documents.
Check supplier invoices and make sure all necessary documents are in order.
Scan and archive important financial and accounting paperwork.
Accounting entries for expense documents.
Put together reports specific to Marketing projects and activities.
Pitch in with other finance and accounting tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A university diploma.
Comfortable using English at an intermediate level.
Good understanding of finance, accounting, and legal field – important skills;
A sharp eye for detail, organized, analytical, and driven by results.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
