We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive recruitment efforts in Cluj, Romania, for both MMC Tech and Darwin. This is a determined contract position for one year, offering an exciting opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy in a vibrant market.

We will count on you to:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within MMC Tech and Darwin.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for our organizational culture and values.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can enhance recruitment strategies.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the employer brand.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in tech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Romanian
