IT Support Specialist - Bucharest - Junior

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional tech lounge onsite support for our client in the banking sector. As part of this role, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies, solving problems and creating great experiences for users in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to users visiting the Tech Lounge.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, both hardware and software, on the spot or remotely.
- Offer training and guidance on tools, technologies, and processes to enhance customer adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Manage customer appointments and walk-ins effectively to minimize downtime.
- Log and track all service incidents and appointments using ServiceNow.
- Share insights on new technologies and updates with customers to improve their experience.
Requirements:
- About 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, banking or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Romanian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Windows 10 & 11, along with mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with Apple Mac systems and end-user computing environments.
- Prior experience supporting financial or banking environments is a plus.
- A degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory.
