- Work with discipline and be capable of motivating the team to do the same, managing a large geographical area and numerous clients.
- Possess analytical thinking and a comprehensive vision, accurately assessing where efforts should be invested.
- Be focused on monetizing business results, with the ability to quickly understand the business context and market specifics.
- Have mediation and negotiation skills, not only with clients but also internally, to find optimal solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the sales department and managing the team’s objectives.
- Achieving the company’s financial goals, including revenue and profitability.
- Preparing and analyzing activity reports, providing improvement solutions as needed.
- Proposing and implementing tools used within the department.
- Updating and applying the sales strategy.
- Managing the annual budget and monitoring actual performance against budget and cash flow.
- Revitalizing the sales bonus scheme.
- Suggesting development directions for marketing and collaborating with the responsible team.
- Positioning yourself as a business partner to management and acting as an interface between our values and mission and our clients.
- Validating offers, contracts, and other documents.
