Purpose of the position:
This position represents the primary program authority for assigned customer programs in Inteva Products LLC. As such, programs shall meet deadlines, achieve profitability and quality targets, meet or exceed customer and internal requirements and expectations, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction while optimizing business, and plant results.
Main responsabilities:
- Establishes project scope by analyzing program proposal (objectives, timing, budget, imperatives…) based upon approved quote and secure approval from the Product Team.
- Track project against imperatives, maintaining good transparency of the project’s progress with management.
- Ensures information flow within the company through the following items: creates the Program into Share Point / PLEX, schedule & conduct Program Red Status, conduct Lessons learned, close out and complete the project documentation at the conclusion of the project, archive project information per the record retention policies and ensure the Project Record is maintained with up to date information.
- Accountable for conflict resolution between technical and/or functional recommendations.
- Manage the project schedule considering team development, meeting schedules, milestone achievement, and issue identification and resolution.
- Risk analysis and creation of contingency plans
- Establishes and achieves financial objectives by preparing a program budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Manage the change requests with regard to the specification, the target costs and possible cost reimbursements.
- Establish resource planning requirements, linking task, timing, and required skills. Partner with the appropriate functional management to staff team.
- Ensure advanced quality planning through all project stages

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business or Finance. MBA preferred
- Demonstrated management leadership and communication skills
- Experience with more than one product
- International assignment or exposure
- Quality certifications desired (CRE CQE Black Belt etc.)
- 5 Years Experience in Automotive Supply base / Industry - it`s a plus
- Fluency in English
