Responsibilities
- We are growing and we need a new team member to join our Recruitment team! The new colleague will quickly adapt to our work environment and will be able to take care of the following activities:
- Managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for IT projects;
- Developing recruitment strategies in order to deliver the best results within the time-frames proposed by the clients;
- Defining Job Descriptions;
- Establishing the best sourcing channels;
- Sourcing and approaching suitable candidates;
- Sustaining the interviews and promoting the short-lists of candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in sourcing IT candidates;
- Autodidact & multitasking;
- Good communication skills.
