Responsibilities

• We are growing and we need a new team member to join our Recruitment team! The new colleague will quickly adapt to our work environment and will be able to take care of the following activities:
• Managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for IT projects;
• Developing recruitment strategies in order to deliver the best results within the time-frames proposed by the clients;
• Defining Job Descriptions;
• Establishing the best sourcing channels;
• Sourcing and approaching suitable candidates;
• Sustaining the interviews and promoting the short-lists of candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in sourcing IT candidates;
• Autodidact & multitasking;
• Good communication skills.
