Porta KMI Romania is looking for Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company’s products, increase our brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Set measurable goals for marketing campaigns and monitor progress.
2. Campaign Management
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, PPC), print, and events.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
3. Budgeting and Resource Allocation
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Allocate resources efficiently, including staff, tools, and third-party services.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and evaluate team members’ progress.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to assess success.
- Use insights from data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

6. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.

- Build relationships with customers through surveys, feedback, and community engagement initiatives.
