Knowledge in server technologies (Windows, Linux) is a plus
Responsibilities
As a technical support professional you will be on the front line when it comes to giving technical assistance to our clients. Common problems are a forgotten password, a virus or email issues. You job will be assisting the user, finding the root cause of the problem and preventing it from happening again (if possible).
Your daily to do list will probably look something like this:
Working with customers to identify IT problems and advising on the solution
Logging and keeping records of customer queries
Updating internal documentation (wiki) in order to share knowledge with other colleagues
Visit clients on-site for various tasks
Research new technologies and adapt to a constantly changing IT environment.
