Senior PHP Developer (as future Team-Lead)

For our client, one of the most interesting names in the services domain worldwide (a French company) we have opened recently a role.
Candidate profile:
For that we are looking for a new colleague that is
- An Independent and proactive personality.
- Wishes to Evolve towards a management/team leader position to manage 3 junior developers, You have a minimum of 4 years experience.
- Has a good level of knowledge and use of the Symfony 4 or Laravel framework (PHP).
- Uses Waterfall development (not Scrum).
- Ideally, good knowledge of French (but not mandatory).
