Job Project Manager @ eCommerce Today

Who we are

We are eCommerce Today, an agency specialized in eCommerce Managed Services. We work with a variety of brands to help them grow and optimize their online presence through functionality development, SEO, ads, content creation, and more.

Although we operated on Magento for many years, we have specialized in Shopify for the past five years. We have been in eCommerce since 2010, and today we serve over 100 active clients, most of whom are based outside the country.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing eCommerce projects from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our teams, ensuring all projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline while meeting the client’s expectations. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain clear and effective communication, and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Budget & Scope Management: Monitor project budgets, ensure resource allocation, and make adjustments as necessary to stay within the defined budget and scope.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure all deliverables are on track and meet the project's objectives.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients. Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks or roadblocks early on and work with relevant teams to find solutions and keep the project on track.
• Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with client goals and expectations.
• Post-Project Analysis: Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback, identify improvements, and document lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing eCommerce projects.
• Understanding of the eCommerce industry and ideally Shopify.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within budget and scope.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Solid time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
