We are eCommerce Today, an agency specialized in eCommerce Managed Services. We work with a variety of brands to help them grow and optimize their online presence through functionality development, SEO, ads, content creation, and more.
Although we operated on Magento for many years, we have specialized in Shopify for the past five years. We have been in eCommerce since 2010, and today we serve over 100 active clients, most of whom are based outside the country.
Position Overview
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the bridge between our recurring clients and our internal teams. You will help ensure smooth communication, coordinate projects, and provide excellent service that exceeds client expectations. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for learning and growing within the eCommerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our recurring clients. Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication to ensure the client's needs and expectations are met.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications.
- Account Maintenance: Foster long-term client relationships by providing outstanding service, addressing any concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Client Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues or queries, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Help facilitate meetings and ensure internal teams understand the client’s goals and requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and outcomes. Prepare and present reports as needed to keep clients informed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and new tools or technologies to support professional growth and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Previous exposure to account management or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
