We are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary - main task and responsibilities:

• Part of the team that administers the entire lifecycle of Windows Servers, VMware farms, AD, storage and network devices, and Microsoft 365 Suite;
• Ensures incident solving within agreed SLAs and OLAs;
• Helps define and implement strategies that govern lifecycle management, secure operations, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost-effective use of resources;
• Proactively monitors utilization levels and trends throughout the infrastructure to determine quality of service and reduce run-to-maintain costs;
• Ensures CMDB accuracy, SOX and Audit compliance;
• Provides support to local IT helpdesk;
• Approaches the IT Infrastructure Team Leader with improvement and automation ideas.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or a similar field;
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructures;
• Expertise in Windows servers;
• Knowledge of networks and firewalls;
• Advanced English is preferred.
