You also care about the user’s experience and about people over processes. The Build-​Measure-​Learn cycle is something that is either close to your heart or that you would like to try. You have deeper expertise in one domain, but are flexible enough to sharpen a broad range of skills.

You have these skills:

• Strong proficiency with Javascript (at least 2 years)
• Experience in Front end development (Angular.js, React.js) or back end development, working with Node.js
• Can build and use services. (REST, SOAP, RPC, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern programming principles
• Experience building or knowledge of Microservices
• Computer science background
• Good understanding of Source Control using GIT
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to interface and communicate openly with customers
• End-​to-​end web application development
• A team player mentality

Nice to have:

• Event Sourcing
• DDD knowledge
• Programming Language agnostic
• Ability to understand different back-​end communication mechanisms and data transfer mechanisms (message queues, sockets)
• Your own projects for show&tell (for example, on Github, Stack Overflow)

You will use them to:

• Develop web applications for a range of clients, from startups to enterprises, with all of the challenges that come from each
• Communicate with your colleagues and decide on the best solution
• Deliver apps in an iterative, agile way
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to the company innovation
• [Possibly] travel abroad to meet clients and establish deeper connections, if the project requires it (no more than 10–20% of your time)
