Description
As Tech Support Agent, you are responsible to effectively handle customer interactions and problems without the need for supervisory intervention; maintain poise and professionalism even under demanding conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a technical team, motivated by a desire to help customers and be responsible for providing support to Kyndryl Internal End Users;
- Handling complex customer scenarios, documenting solutions, and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to product related technical issues experienced by customers on production environments;
- Providing remote Infrastructure, support delivery and performing problem cause analysis;
- Collaborating with developers and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service;
- Acting as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture customer feedback to influence process/product improvements;
- Providing direct technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat;
- Escalate issues as need, create tickets and perform follow up.

Required profile
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Excellent communications skills (English);
- Understand and follow technical documents;
- Basic Linux, OS/shell commands, SSH using tools as PuTTY is desirable;
- Basic SQL Knowledge;
- Good knowledge about software and computer terminology.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Agile Development;
- Excellent communications skills (English);
- Azure Cloud;
- Experienced in cloud adaption/migration.
