Responsibilities
- Manage the community. Keep a finger on the pulse of what’s working and what’s not working.
- Maintain the community rosters: keeps up with promotions, changes, certificates, and myriad programs to engage and support the core translation work.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of client projects via active engagement with our translator community and our clients
- Write to, train, and grow our base of translators
You
- An entrepreneur, a natural communicator
- Willing to learn, and continue to learn as we grow
- Comfortable creating solutions on the fly
- Adaptable to ambiguity, able to flow with the current needs of active projects
- Experience of 2 years in the Localization and Translation Industry as a project manager or coordinator
- Ideally (but not required) more than one professional language (English required)
- Ideally (but not required) experience with tech startups
