We are looking for a colleague to join our Fraud and Moderation team. The activity is a mix between fraud prevention and moderation, maintaining a quality content on the platform.

A typical day at OLX Group, in the role of Senior Moderator, could include

• Identify situations that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the platform directly on the site or through BI reports and act quickly on these situations
• Identifying possible fraud situations and intervening on them according to internal rules
• Work closely with colleagues responsible for content quality, customer support or product owner, to constantly improve the selling and buying experience on the platform
• Direct or indirect involvement in the integral flow of solving fraud situations.
• Reporting current situations, suggestions and areas for improvement in preventing and stopping fraud (regulation, filters, necessary tools)

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven customer support experience;
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
