As a HR Manager you will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and be in charge of all HR related activities for an office that is now having 28 employees and with ambitious expansions plans in the near future in areas such as
- IT
- Back-office operations
- Collections
The ideal candidate needs to have the following profile
- Bachelor`s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Good computer skills - MS Office, MS outlook etc
- Excellent English and Romanian skills (Italian, Spanish, French, German would be an important advantage)
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
- Excellent communication skills (staff and top management)
- Passion for growth
- Able to work independently.
