Job description
- Insert customer and account data in the database through the IPad app with Bluetooth keyboards
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and checkout input
- Apply data program technics and procedures
- Keep information confidential
- Responsible for managing and resolving issues related to our software product;
- Provides answers to our clients and sales representatives by identifying problems;
- Researches answers to the problems with our clients;
- Guides clients and sales representatives through corrective steps;
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommends changes.
