Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Experience with CRM, customer support, trouble ticket, proprietary system, customer training, English, data entry, web technology, comfortable with troubleshooting mobile apps, documentation, etc.;
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills;
  • Works well in a team environment;
  • Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service;
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical systems;
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus;
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) is a plus;
  • Typing speed and accuracy;
  • Trustworthy with an eye for detail;
  • Works well in a team environment;
  • Strong personal commitment to quality;
  • Available for flexible schedule, especially in the 14-22 timeframe.

Job description

  • Insert customer and account data in the database through the IPad app with Bluetooth keyboards
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and checkout input
  • Apply data program technics and procedures
  • Keep information confidential
  • Responsible for managing and resolving issues related to our software product;
  • Provides answers to our clients and sales representatives by identifying problems;
  • Researches answers to the problems with our clients;
  • Guides clients and sales representatives through corrective steps;
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommends changes.
