Job Office Manager @ Codecool

Codecool is a growing network of coding schools in the CEE region. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve the ever growing IT talent gap of companies by giving coding carriers for a wide range of people. Codecool is already present in 4 locations, 2 countries (Hungary, Poland), with a 3,2M EUR revenue in, 5M EUR target revenue in 2019.

Your tasks will be…

• manage the reception, becoming the manager of first impression to all our clients and visitors and will liaise with staff, suppliers and clients in a full time position
• coordinating the maintenance and the development of the office infrastructure
• purchases
• billing administration and other Finance tasks
• organizing events
• HR administration
• manage the contract with the students and the partners

You Could Be The Ideal Candidate If

• you have experience in the field of office management and some basic finance administration (eg. handling bills, contracts)
• you are not afraid of writing and speaking in English and Romanian
• you are flexible, resourceful and proactive
• you are good at organising
• you’ve got task-management skills
