Codecool is a growing network of coding schools in the CEE region. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve the ever growing IT talent gap of companies by giving coding carriers for a wide range of people.

Codecool is already present in 4 locations, 2 countries (Hungary, Poland), with a 3,2M EUR revenue in, 5M EUR target revenue in 2019.

We are looking for a Recruiter in Romania who will be responsible for the assessment of the new students. You will have to manage our screening process including personal and group interviews. You can conduct soft-skill workshops for the students during their journey in Codecool, and you can help them prepare for their job interviews. Besides, your task will be to recruit new colleagues for the Bucharest office. We would be happy if you had a psychologist qualification.

Main Responsibilities Of The Recruiter Are

• screening of potential student applicants
• communicating with new students
• managing and optimising the student filtering
• recruitment of new colleagues at Codecool
• conducting soft skill interviews
• preparing students for their job interviews before graduation
