Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners, providing strategic support and resolving complex issues;
- Identify trends, improvement opportunities and tailored engagement initiatives;
- Coordinate the end-to-end billing process and manage disputes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement and monitor solutions, contract changes and operational risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English
- French B2/C level
- Strong Excel skills
