Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and professional support
- Verify and validate client data as part of our compliance processes
- Audit your own work for accuracy and make necessary corrections
- Summarize research results and compile them in the required format
- Follow all internal procedures and compliance policies
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in translating customer feedback into actionable insights
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in a customer support environment is a plus
- Familiarity with payment systems like SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, and Fedwire is a strong advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and communicate with a variety of personalities
- Go-getter attitude with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
