We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist with strong English language skills and customer interaction abilities to take ownership of the end-to-end order management process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer/partner backlog to ensure appropriate actions are taken to deliver orders within the agreed SLA and according to business needs;
- Confirm manual orders are properly processed and communicated to customers (where applicable);
- Provide backlog analysis and summary reports to customers and account teams upon request, ensuring timely and accurate information;
- Manage claims, exceptions, and special requests within Customer Operations, in line with agreed procedures and policies;
- Coordinate customer change requests accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and timelines;
- Ensure all orders are properly invoiced and closed in the systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- English proficiency at C1 level;
- Experience in customer interaction roles;
- Experience working with multiple countries/sub-regions in a complex environment.
