π£ Are you ready to make annotation and complex signal analysis an exciting experience for users?
If you enjoy shaping intuitive, usable interfaces, working closely with researchers and engineers, and applying strong UX and UI fundamentals to improve complex platforms, then you might be the person we are looking for.
Our philosophy is βFirst who, then what. β
So letβs start with the who.
π First who?
You are a UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of experience in web and application design. You are confident designing interfaces that simplify complex tasks, translating detailed requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences, and collaborating with multiple teams in parallel.
You bring a calm, structured approach to your work. You communicate design decisions clearly, apply research insights thoughtfully, and maintain a high bar for usability, visual clarity, and consistency. You are adaptable, able to move across domains when needed, and comfortable working in evolving environments.
πThis mission is hybrid, with on-site presence required 3 days per week in Bucharest.
π Then what?
You will contribute to making annotation an engaging and efficient experience for users. Your work will focus on improving user journeys across tools used for analyzing radar, sonar, and situational awareness signals. This involves defining UX/UI designs, creating wireframes and mock-ups, and ensuring the overall look, feel, and usability of the platform.
