Position Overview
Our client, a leading global enterprise in the energy sector, is seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of a new workstation solution (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, centralized management via Intune, etc.) .
Your role will be to ensure a smooth, secure transition aligned with business needs, while optimizing user experience and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management: Planning, coordinating technical teams, managing risks and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business units, support) to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of existing workstations to the new solution, ensuring application compatibility and user training.
- Ensure security and compliance of workstations (GDPR, security policies, conditional access).
- Automate deployment and management processes (scripts, MDM tools like Intune).
- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work collaboratively with engineering teams all over the world to foster a shift-left security culture, integrating security considerations early in the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT project management (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
- Proficiency in Microsoft solutions: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot.
- Knowledge of deployment tools (SCCM, MDT) and ITIL best practices.
- Experience in identity and access management (Entra ID, Active Directory).
- Understanding of IT security (encryption, MFA, endpoint compliance).
Soft Skills
- Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
- Rigor, organization, and customer service mindset.
- Strong communication skills (documentation, user training).
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop, SC-300) or ITIL.
