Position Overview
Our client, a leading global enterprise in the energy sector, is seeking to emprove the quality of the delivery on the ServiceNow platforme.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years in ServiceNow with at least one year in Automation Test Framework.
Job Location: Romania, remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test automation strategies for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM)
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (ATF, Selenium, Provar, or other ServiceNow-compatible tools).
- Collaborate with DevOps, development, and business teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize test processes to reduce delivery times and improve deployment quality.
- Train and support technical and functional teams on automation best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks and QA methodologies.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work collaboratively with engineering teams all over the world to foster a shift-left security culture, integrating security considerations early in the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow (preferred certifications: ) .
- Proven experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Familiarity with complementary automation tools: Selenium, Provar, JMeter, Postman, etc.
- Scripting experience: JavaScript, Python
- Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.) .
- Understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM/ITOM processes.
Soft Skills
- Ability to write clear test plans and defect reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented.
- Technical English (ServiceNow documentation is in English).
Certifications (Preferred)
- CAD, CAT, or equivalent
