We are hiring for an amazing, "out of the box" experience: join us as a Content Moderator with Japanese & English!

You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.

What we expect:

• Medium level of Japanese and English
• Experience with Japanese culture and slang will be considered a plus
• Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus
• Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, 08: 00 - 22: 00, Monday - Sunday
• Work from home, anywhere in Romania
• Great attention to details
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities

Your daily responsibilities as a Content Moderator will include:

• Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the client's processes, policies and guidelines
• Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
• 100% back office activity
