Role Description

Role: E-Commerce Assistant & content administration

Location: Einhell Romania

General Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Content and listing implementation on e-commerce platforms.
• Management of marketplace platforms (eMAG, etc.) .
• Processing of purchase orders (POs), returns, and carrier management.
• Operational execution of stock planning, reservation, and forecasting.
• Monitoring and ensuring sufficient replenishment processes.
• Controlling internal accruals in ERP systems, including payments, debit notes, and chargebacks.
• Operational implementation of product variations and virtual bundles.
• Providing support to the E-commerce Key Account Manager in daily tasks and business operations.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience in the e-commerce business represents an advantage (business approach, values, goals, strategies and mechanisms).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Medium English level (B1+).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as eMAG or other marketplaces represents an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for managing stock and orders.
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service skills to manage returns and address customer inquiries.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and online sales optimization.
• Higher education or relevant experience in a technical profile is advantageous.
