Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Business Developer. The Sales and Business Developer will be responsible for maximizing revenue by preparing and implementing development plans, search for new prospects, communicating with clients, reaching monthly targets and KPIs. They should have the ability to work independently and remotely while staying on task and completing daily goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences;
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce ThePoint’s services;
- Constantly grow your network of contacts, by adding new potential clients to your existing portfolio, based on constant market prospecting;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how ThePoint can address them;
- Generate revenue according to your annual target and KPIs;
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions;
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals;
- Track and report on client acquisition metrics, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a software development company;
- Powerful soft skills package (excellent people skills, communication, negotiation, time management and planning, hands-on and strategic thinking, decision maker, self-motivated, and success-oriented);
- Proficiency in MS Office and a keen eye for impactful presentations;
- A vast network of contacts already developed among the key stakeholders of companies in defined targeted markets is a plus.
