Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at IOANID – Gradinita, Scoala & Liceu in Bucharest, Romania. The Office Manager will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, managing office operations, providing customer service, and overseeing office equipment and supplies. Starting date - as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills (previous experience in the educational field will be a plus)
- Proficiency in managing Office Equipment
- Experience in coordinating office tasks and operations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the Romanian educational system is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred
