The role of the HQ professionals is to provide expertise, advice, selection and implementation of customized IT solutions for client companies and to maintain the information framework at a high level of functionality, accessibility and performance.

- Good knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting;
- Experience with desktop Operating Systems and Office apps troubleshooting;
- Familiar with hardware, software and networking diagnostic tools;
- Driving License;
The responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist include but are not limited to:
- Implement network infrastructures including cabling, passive and active devices;
- Printer troubleshooting;
- Deliver, install and configure systems including hardware, operating system and applications;
- Hardware and software diagnostics and resolution for desktops, notebooks, printers, networking and peripheral equipment;
- Address incidents, monitor ticket queue, and coordinate with others in technical support team;
- Communicate effectively with customers and peers;
