Job Social Media Marketing Specialist @ Plantifique

Responsibilities

• Find and build partnerships with international influencers
• Create the content strategy & calendar for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Create and post high-quality content across all channels
• Monitor and reach KPIs for each social media channel: number of followers, reach, engagement etc.
• Build social media reports and analyze data
• Build and manage Plantifique's community newsletter, ambassador program, forums and leading the creation of new forms of meaningful communication avenues within the community
• Focus on highlighting newness, trends, and relevant content

Requirements

• You have a 2+ year social media experience, preferably in an agency environment
• You have a bachelor’s degree (major in marketing, communications-related field is preferred)
• You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong researching skills
• You have knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing)
• You are motivated by creating content that people love interacting with
• You have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging
• You have the ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations
• You can conceptualize and you have great copywriting skills
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• You have experience using Adobe Photoshop/ Canva or a similar tool
