Key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls concerning travels– airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals on Greek market
- Providing effective customer service
- Presenting professional company image while dealing with clients
- Selling the above-named products with the usage of internal procedures and techniques
Requirements:
- Fluent in both verbal and written Greek
- Communicative level of English
- High level of communication skills
- Proactive attitude oriented towards high quality of customer service
- Ability to work in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Ability to work in shift system
Bonus points:
- Experience and/or interest in tourism and travelling field
- Knowledge of tourism market based on passion and experience in travelling
