Ideal candidate
- Advanced in both written and spoken French/German/Italian or Polish (C1/C2 Level);
- Advenced in both written and spoken English (B2/C1 Level);
- Highschool degree;
- Good PC skills: Word and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibility
- In your role as Customer Service Representatives, you will be handling incoming requests through calls/ chat/ emails and providing the best possible service to our customers;
