Job Description

What you'll be doing?

• Design and shape user-centric products and experiences.
• Create designs for various online products from Ideation through execution.
• Collaborate with product managers to assess product requirements, translate requirements into animated interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
• Find multiple solutions to complex and challenging product tasks and develop a deep understanding of the problem you need to solve.
• Move fast and iterate quickly on your designs.
• Do competitive research on new features or initiatives being developed by the product team.
• Partner with developers when appropriate to ensure that the user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working at a product-focused company as a Web-, Web Application- or mobile application designer
• A portfolio that demonstrates your experience.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines
• Ability to work through all of the design processes from research, mood boards, art direction, wireframes, prototyping, and design
• Able to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions with our global team.
• Detail-oriented and constantly striving for pixel-perfect designs
• Fast learner and thinker, naturally curious, fast to respond.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, and prototyping tools such as inVison

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HTML / CSS
• Understanding of design systems
• Experience with animating interfaces in After Effects (or other interface animation tools)
